The current research aimed to verify the possibility of reaching to a constructive model of the causal relationships between emotional creativity and cognitive flexibility and decision-making styles. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared: the emotional creativity scale, the cognitive flexibility scale, the decision-making styles scale, and after applying the instruments to a sample (verification sample of the psychometric conditions of the research instruments) consist of 200 male and female students chosen from the scientific and literary specializations at the College of Education, and verifying their psychometric conditions, they were applied to a basic sample of 587 male and female students in scientific and literary specialties from the same population of the study. The findings revealed that: (1) the intuitive style is the most common decision-making styles in the research sample (2) There is a statistically significant direct positive effect of emotional creativity on: cognitive flexibility, rational style, intuitive style, dependent style, and spontaneous style (3) There is no statistically significant direct effect of emotional creativity on the Avoidant style (4) There is a statistically significant direct positive effect of cognitive flexibility on: rational style, intuitive style (5) There is a statistically significant direct negative effect of cognitive flexibility on: Spontaneous style, Avoidant style (6) There is no statistically significant direct effect of cognitive flexibility on the dependent decision-making style (7) There is a statistically significant indirect positive effect of emotional creativity on rational style, and the intuitive style through the cognitive flexibility (8) There is a statistically significant indirect negative effect of emotional creativity on the spontaneous style, and the avoidant style through cognitive flexibility (9) There is no statistically significant indirect effect of emotional creativity on the dependent style through cognitive flexibility (10) there is a statistically significant difference between males and females in emotional creativity and cognitive flexibility in favor of males (11) The causal structural effects of the supposed causal constructivist model do not differ with the difference of gender and specialization of the research sample, In light of these findings, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
